 Fort Bend Herald – Wong to run for Fort Bend County Judge

Former Sugar Land City Councilmember, business owner, and conservative activist Daniel Wong will announce his campaign for Fort Bend County Judge. Dr. Wong is focused on clearing out the chaos and mismanagement that has plagued Fort Bend County for years under Democrat control.

He will make the formal announcement on Friday in front of the Fort Bend County Justice Center in Richmond.

Daniel Wong is a business leader, engineer, and man of faith running for Fort Bend County Judge. Born in the Portuguese colony of Macao, Dr. Wong immigrated to the U.S. with nothing but determination and found his home in Texas. He is the founder and CEO of Tolunay Wong Engineers, a firm with over 400 employees and 13 offices statewide. A former Sugar Land City Councilmember and longtime Chairman of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, Dr. Wong also serves on the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. He was a trustee of the former Fort Bend Economic Development Council, is a member of the Fort Bend Business Coalition, and serves as an Elder at Fort Bend Community Church. Dr. Wong is an adjunct professor in the Engineering Department at the University of Houston. Dr. Wong is running to bring steady leadership, smart growth, and lasting values to Fort Bend County.
